Kindergarten Assistant Principal

Job Requirements:

Working days: Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays (half day)

Time: 7:45am to 5.30pm

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree of Early Childhood Education.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an additional advantage.

Minimum 5 years working experience as preschool teacher or at least 1 year experience as preschool principal

Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Have strong knowledge of syllabus, operation, basic computing skills and phone application.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage teachers and overall centers operations.

Draw up the time table and guide teachers to prepare lesson plans for all levels.

Coordinate holiday programmes, enrichment programmes, extracurricular activities, graduation, sports day, concert.

Handle parents expectations and build good rapport with them.

Handle new students enquiries.

Manage complaints and provide solutions and improvements points

Other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
