Kitchen Assistant - IOI Putrajaya

Requirements
-Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be an advantage, and can collaborate with all levels of staff.
-Experience in FnB, restaurants, or hotels, preferably at least 1 year, is prioritized, and fresh graduates are welcome.
-Friendly, flexible, and open-minded with good communication skills.
-Work as a team to provide good quality service.
-Able to adapt to changes in work schedules, work on weekends, and public holidays.
-Training, overtime pay, and allowances will be provided.

Responsibilities
-Ensure dishes are arranged, prepared, and stored correctly to guarantee quality.
-Organize orders and plan to ensure speed and accuracy (no missing dishes, repetitions, or delivery to the wrong table).
-Keep plates and bowls clean and intact.
-Maintain the work area to be clean and organized, and replenish vegetables and water at the appropriate times.
-Handle urgent requests or add dishes flexibly and accurately from the servers, and inform them about today's specials and dishes that are sold out.
-Collaborate and assist fellow staff members.
-Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
-Follow JAKIM's Halal procedures.
