Kitchen Commis

As a kitchen commis, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, assisting chefs in daily operations and helping maintain a smooth, efficient workflow. You will support the preparation and execution of dishes, ensure your workstation is clean and organised, and contribute to the standards of quality we uphold.

Your responsibility includes:

-Assist chefs with daily food preparation and mise en place.
-Be able to read and communicate in English.
-Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
-Support service by preparing ingredients and basic dishes as required.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstation.
-Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
-Assist with stock handling, labelling, and basic inventory tasks.
-Learn and apply kitchen techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
-Carry out any kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or CDP.
