Kitchen Crew/Chef - JB (厨房助理)

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Store and handle food safely following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
- Wash kitchen utensils and equipment when required.
- Support team members during busy operating hours.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or outlet manager.

Job Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with F&B experience are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to work.
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and follow food safety standards.
