Known for our signature Chinese grilled fish and authentic casual dining concepts, we are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Bandar Sunway.

What you’ll do
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation stations, and cooking line coordination to ensure timely and efficient dish delivery.
• Enforce strict brand recipe consistency, food hygiene, safety compliance, and kitchen cleanliness SOPs.
• Manage food costing, stock ordering, raw material quality checks, and minimize kitchen ingredient wastage.
Plan kitchen duty rosters, conduct hands-on culinary training, and mentor junior kitchen crew.
• Support the rollout of seasonal promotions, new dish introductions, and standardized food presentations.
What you need:
• Minimum 3 years of kitchen supervisory or management experience in F&B
• Solid understanding of commercial kitchen workflows, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
• Willing to work rotating restaurant shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) as this position requires direct communication with Chinese-speaking master chefs, reading Chinese recipe SOPs, and liaising with overseas HQ culinary teams and ingredient suppliers.
• Non-Halal Kitchen Environment: Must be comfortable working in a Non-Halal kitchen environment handling pork, non-halal meat, and cooking wine.
