任职资格
• 至少2年以上生鲜超市或零售行业经验
•熟悉生鲜产品（蔬果、肉类等）优先
• 具备良好的领导与沟通能力
• 有责任感，能独立处理问题
• 熟悉收银系统及基本陈列技巧
岗位职责
•负责门店日常运营与整体管理，确保顺畅运作
•制定采购计划，管理库存并控制损耗
•监督商品陈列、补货及价格标签准确性
•管理与培训员工，包括排班及绩效管理
• 提升门店销售业绩并执行促销活动
• 处理顾客投诉及突发情况
• 确保门店符合卫生及安全标准
