Job Description:

Prepare tenancy agreements, letters and other related leasing documentation accurately.

Coordinate and follow up on agreement signing with tenants (including payments related to agreements – tenancy administrative payment, stamp duty and/or other charges), and internal signatories to ensure timely completion.

Monitor tenants’ sales report and issuing Percentage Rent Invoices.

Maintain proper filing in both physical file and e-filing system.

Maintain accurate tenancy database and agreement & payment status in system.

Assist in preparing reports and ad-hoc assignments.

Liaise with Leasing, Tenancy Admin, Credit Control, and other business units to facilitate smooth documentation and payment processes.

Assist in obtaining approvals, signatures, and supporting documents from relevant parties.

Ensure all tenancy documentation and payment processes adhere to statutory requirements, company internal policies and audit standards.

Other ad-hoc assignments.



Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

1–2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in property management or tenancy administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
