Lecturer in Illustration

Job Responsibilities:
To teach at Diploma level.
To handle studio subjects such as illustrations, digital imaging, motion graphics, video & animation, promotional design, etc.
To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of course syllabus and teaching kit.
To carry out other duties related to the teaching of courses and related matters.
To contribute in general affairs, activities and events of the department and the Institute.
Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Art (Major in Illustration / Graphic Design / Multimedia) with appropriate teaching experience or related working experience.
Proficient in both manual and digital painting, narrative illustration, promotional design campaign, digital imaging, video & animation.
Possess software skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
Specific ability and techniques associated with 2D motion graphics, video animation and video editing.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Possess pleasant character, enthusiasm, self-initiative and eager to lead and learn.
