Legal Executive

Drafting and reviewing of all documents and contracts for the company and Franchise Agreements (both Malaysia and Singapore office)

· Working closely with and maintaining good rapport with internal customers and management.

· Liaising with external lawyers on all legal matters including but not limited to litigation, intellectual property rights, trade marks, conveyancing / property, corporate, contract and compliance matters.

· Identifying compliance issues for Franchise Act etc.

· Generally assisting in attending to legal issues that may arise from time to time.

· Communicate and work with external parties and internal stakeholders on file assigned.

· Compiling, tabulation and follow up on all datelines for renewals, notices, terminations etc. on all company contracts and licenses.

· Work together as a team and support the superiors.

· Assisting ad-hoc task when required.
