Requirements

willingness to work under pressure We are looking for experienced candidates to take up the role of Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency professional in KL.

Minimum education: Diploma and above.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required skills: Insolvency Law Knowledge, Financial Analysis, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to detail
problem solving and analytical skills
proactive in updating skills and knowledge regarding insolvency
able to independently complete tasks
willingness to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
Responsibilities

Support the team in liquidation cases (CVL, MVL, Court Liquidations)
Receivership administration
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of cases from initiation to closure
Ensuring timely and compliant filinf of statutory documents with CCM and court.
Advising clients on matters regarding corporate restructuring, insolvency and winding up proceedings.
Conduct legal and financial analysis in order to advice clients on the best course of action.
Liaising with various stakeholders.
Staying up to date with the latest regulations and practices.
