Exhibit fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, enabling seamless communication with a diverse audience and ensuring effective delivery of content.
Need experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of engaging audiences and driving results.
Demonstrate exceptional public speaking and show hosting abilities, with a natural flair for captivating viewers and maintaining high energy levels throughout live broadcasts.
Display strong crisis management skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet and handle unexpected situations or technical difficulties during live streams with composure and professionalism.
Possess excellent time management skills, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficient utilization of broadcast time to maximize engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing and advertising teams to develop creative and engaging content strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and brand messaging.
Maintain a deep understanding of current trends in e-commerce and the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, leveraging this knowledge to create relevant and appealing content for the target audience.
Be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a 50-person company.
Responsibilities

Conduct live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to promote products and engage with online audiences in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, ensuring a professional and captivating presentation.
Plan and execute engaging live stream content, including product demonstrations, interactive Q&A sessions, and promotional activities, aligning with marketing strategies and sales targets.
Manage real-time interactions during live streams, responding to audience questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and interactive community environment.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop live stream scripts and content calendars that highlight key product features and benefits, tailored to specific target demographics.
Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement rates, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future live streaming strategies.
Handle any technical or logistical issues that may arise during live streams, ensuring a seamless and professional broadcast, while also implementing crisis management protocols when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in live streaming, e-commerce, and social media marketing, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance audience engagement and drive sales growth.
