Livestream Operation Lead

Job responsibilities for both brands:

GMV Growth & Slot Optimisation

-Strategically assign slots based on performance data, traffic patterns, and campaign priorities.

-Optimise live bundle mix, vouchers, and upsells to maximise AOV and order rate.

-Track daily vs weekly GMV target, diagnose underperformance and lead solutions.

-Improve overall quality of live sessions (enhance live appearance, script, engagement flow, etc.) to optimise viewer attention and achieve GMV growth.


Live Ops Planning & Execution

-Manage and oversee full live calendar across TikTok (main & sub accounts) and Shopee Live.

-Ensure daily slots are covered, bundles are pinned correctly, and hosts are briefed in advance.

-Monitor real-time performance (CTR, views, orders) and troubleshoot issues on-the-fly.


Live Host Team Leadership

-Recruit, screen, and onboard new live hosts (both part-time and WFH) based on SOP.

-Coach hosts on technical setup — lighting, background, phone settings, demo angles — to ensure high-standard visual experience.

-Conduct regular host evaluations, enforce performance reviews, and make hiring/firing decisions based on ranking and improvement.

-Maintain fairness and motivation using Tier A/B system, live rankings, bonus eligibility, and MC/switch protocols.


Live Setup & Visual Standardisation

-Operate backend systems: TikTok Live Center, Shopee Live, OBS/Stream setup (where needed)

-Define and uphold brand visual standards for host background, lighting, and on-screen layout.

-Periodically audit host setups and provide personalised coaching or upgrade suggestions (e.g. tripod, mic, positioning).

Data & Strategy Reporting

-Analyse slot-level performance weekly — highlight best/worst hosts, top-converting SKUs, high-CTR titles.

-Submit insights to management with clear action steps
