Job Description:
-Efficiently handle cash transactions while maintaining meticulous records, including cashier end-of-day procedures, cash counts, credit card settlements, cash verification form, cup counts and e-Wallet closures.
-Deliver excellent customer service, uphold service SOPs, and maintain positive customer relations.
-Skillfully prepare and handle various items such as fruits, crunches, sauces, and blending ice drink following established SOPs.
-Operate and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring QSH standards (Quality, Speed, Hospitality).
-Execute opening and closing procedures accurately while maintaining outlet cleanliness and organized.
-Receive and organize incoming stock accurately.
-Demonstrate awareness of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
-Adhere strictly to company SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
-Participate actively in relevant training sessions, including Halal Awareness, Food Handling and Customer Service.
-Represent the brand positively, uphold its values and perform additional duties as assigned to support the outlet’s overall success.
