LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Plan, schedule and coordinate daily delivery and collection activities.
-Assign and monitor drivers’ routes, ensuring efficiency and safety.
-Generating delivery order, updating customer summary and daily reports.
-Track and report delivery status, including delays or issues to management.
-Communicate and coordinate with other departments to confirm delivery requirements and resolve logistical issues.
-Perform data entry work accurately and in a timely manner.
-Undertake any other jobs and duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
-Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Able to multi-task and work independently
-Must be proactive and able to start work immediately
