Logistic Executive

COMPETENCE:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage overall store operations, including receipt, verification, storage, issuance, and return of
materials.
Liaise with the Material Planner to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and material availability.
Ensure accurate and timely issuing of materials to production, adhering to FIFO principles and proper documentation.
Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, quantity checks, and monitoring of material movement.
Organize and maintain proper handling, identification, and storage of raw materials and finished goods at the staging area.
Oversee transportation, distribution, and packing activities to support timely delivery and export
requirements.
Implement effective stock control measures to prevent unaccountable or misplaced materials.
Handle import and export, including Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) application and related documentation, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Safeguard Hybrionic and its customers’ proprietary information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
