Logistic Executive

Responsibilities:
-Handle and organize customs import and export documents.
-Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
-Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management/ customs in monthly/ yearly submission.
-Handle and resolve any issues related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
-Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including customs and import/export laws eg IATA DGR & IMDG international dangerous goods regulations.
-Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
