MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all types of nozzles, including proper management of nozzle stock

Replace and install defective nozzles for all injection moulding machines

Carry out maintenance of Elephant Cleaning Machines and related equipment

Support maintenance and repair of production support equipment and auxiliary machines

Perform maintenance and repair of plant facilities, including air compressors and utility systems

Assist the maintenance team in daily tasks, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance activities

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards (HSE) and company procedures

Maintain proper documentation, service records, and maintenance reports

Maintenance and repair of other Machine and equipment’s related to Production supporting equipment's

Maintenance and repair of Plant related machines and facilities Example Compressor

Support any Task Force activity requested by HOD and managers for time to time.
