Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple departments including Admin, HR, Marketing, Event Management, and Client Servicing. This rotational program will help you build a strong foundation in various business functions and prepare you for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations

Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

Assist marketing team in campaign planning, social media, and content creation

Coordinate and support event planning and execution

Handle client inquiries and assist client servicing team to ensure customer satisfaction

Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute ideas for improvement

Prepare reports and presentations as required

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to commit to the full duration of the training program

Good to have your own transport
