Management Trainee (Contact Centre)

​Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, STPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is an added advantage
Good command in English
Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Microsoft Excel,
Preferably Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Relevant telemarketing experience in Contact Centre including lead generation, event management and responding to telephone queries is an added advantage.
Excellent customer focus with track records.
Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.


Job Responsibilities:

Interact by phone with our targeted audience for our campaigns, provide information based on the tele script, collect information and conduct follow-up calls. Must perform call from 9am to 6pm to meet daily KPI.
Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer database
Capture accurate data and maintain customers/potential customers’ data in accordance with the data protection requirements.
Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support data information for campaigns.
To maintain and update records in our system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements.
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
