Manager / Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies across all projects.
-Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments to guide strategic decisions.
-Supervise the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, signages, digital ads, and campaign content.
-Plan and manage sales launches, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns to maximize exposure.
-Manage external vendors such as creative agencies, media partners, and production teams.
-Oversee all social media accounts and digital platforms, ensuring aligned content strategy and reporting performance.
-Collaborate with sales, design, and project departments to align branding with project execution.
-Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
-A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
-Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field.
