Manager, Business & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

-Lead a team of business analysts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements to recommend solutions that meet the organization’s needs.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements

-Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and impact

-Create business cases to support investment decisions

-Work closely with Sales and Marketing team on order fulfilment issues.

-Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals

-Develop and maintain business process models and requirements specifications

-Support change management efforts by developing and delivering training materials

-Monitor sales and marketing progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met



Qualification, Experience and Skills

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field

-At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience

-Familiarity with Agile methodology

-Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies

-Working knowledge of software development lifecycle

-Experience with data modelling and business process modelling
