Manager / SME - Certificate Servicing

We are looking for an experienced Manager / SME to lead a team, support system implementation, manage business requirements, and oversee UAT and project delivery.

Requirements:
• 7–8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry
• Experience leading teams and managing projects
• Knowledge of insurance operations (Takaful knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of SMEs, Business Analysts, and Testers
• Coordinate project delivery and business requirements
• Support UAT and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)
• Manage resources and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members
