Mandarin Customer Service [Immediate Hiring]

Requirements

Must be able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
Must be able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
Working Hours： 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Responsibilities

Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
