Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at UOA Business Park, supporting the China market.


Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in Mandarin and English (处理客户咨询)
Resolve issues promptly with professionalism (专业快速解决问题)
Deliver excellent service to Mandarin-speaking clients (为中文客户提供优质服务)


Qualifications

Fluent communication in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) (中文与英语沟通)
Proficiency with CRM tools and customer support systems
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first mindset
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
SPM or Diploma holders are welcome (欢迎SPM或大专学历）
