Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong design expertise and a passion for communicating complex product value clearly and effectively across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing materials, managing digital and social campaigns, and supporting brand consistency across all global markets. They will collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, region-specific content for medical device products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal across all media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Marketing
Create and edit marketing materials—including brochures, sell sheets, packaging inserts, trade show graphics, and advertisements—using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, are visually compelling, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
Adapt and localize marketing collateral for different regions and markets, considering language, cultural, and regulatory nuances.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across relevant social media.
Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
Coordinate digital campaigns promoting new products, company milestones, and educational content for medical device professionals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends in B2B and medical device marketing.
Photography & Content Production
Edit and prepare visual assets for both print and digital use.
Manage the media library, ensuring assets are properly cataloged and easily accessible.
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with product management, sales, and operations teams to support launches and promotions.
Maintain marketing calendars, coordinate trade show materials, and assist with email marketing and internal communications.
Support the development of presentations, reports, and marketing dashboards.
Cross-Regional Communication
Create and maintain region-specific marketing assets tailored to distributors and clients across different global markets.
Work closely with international teams to ensure materials meet local expectations and comply with market-specific standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital media—ideally within a manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device-related industry.
Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams, Social media platforms
Strong attention to detail—particularly in maintaining product accuracy, visual consistency, and technical information.
Willingness to travel internationally to support global marketing activities.
Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
