Marketing & Content Creator

What You’ll Do
-Craft and manage engaging content: articles, posts, blogs, case studies, and more across HR, IT, and BPO industries.
-Drive our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
-Design and coordinate branded collateral: presentations, graphics, marketing packs.
-Support day-to-day marketing administration and reporting.
-Collaborate with HR, IT, and BPO teams to ensure content is on-brand and value-driven.

Who We’re Looking For
-3–5 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
-Exceptional writing skills in English (bonus if fluent in Mandarin or Malay).
-Creative eye for design with hands-on experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
-Knowledge of social media management platforms.
-Self-starter who can manage multiple projects across different brands.
-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
-Solid understanding of B2B marketing.
-Prior experience managing LinkedIn accounts, with a focus on copywriting and audience growth.
-Strong command of English for effective collaboration with Australian counterparts.
