Marketing & Digital Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Drives brand awareness and customer acquisition by managing online platforms, creating content, and executing digital campaigns.

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

Digital Strategy & Execution:

Plan and manage social media content, to boost online presence.

Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness.

Other ad-hoc task as assigned.



Key Qualifications & Skills:

Possess a tertiary qualification or a combination of relevant work experience suitable for meeting job expectations.

Strong interest in creating engaging social media content.

Passion for producing reels and short-form videos.

Up-to-date with current social media trends and platforms.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.

Fresh graduate in video production or a related field is an advantage.

Excellent communications skills (written and oral). Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay, languages due to communications, documentations, reporting and business needs.
