Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team by fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven working environment.

Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional media.

Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and brand integrity across all marketing activities and communications.

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and market positioning strategies.

Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).

Content Strategy
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content including social media materials, videos, promotional campaigns, articles, and other branding assets.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Event Management
Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate activities to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, and campaign management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience in budget planning and marketing performance analysis.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools/platforms.

Experience in automotive or aftermarket industry is an added advantage.

Willing to travel and support company events when required.
