Marketplace Manager

Job Requirement:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth on key online marketplaces

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory across multiple marketplace platforms

Analyse sales data and marketplace performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews and feedback in a timely manner

Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, policies and best practices

Provide recommendations for process improvements and new marketplace expansion

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations

Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, algorithms and best practices

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to derive insights and drive decision-making

Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passion for the motorsports industry and a keen eye for customer experience
