[Hiring] Manual Therapists – Aluna Signature (Kuala Lumpur)

We are currently looking to hire dedicated Manual Therapists to provide expert musculoskeletal treatments. This is an on-site position based at our clinics in Bangsar and Plaza Damas.

Compensation: Base salary plus a highly competitive tiered commission structure

Work Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities may include:

1. Delivering targeted manual treatments (deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy)
2. Conducting client health assessments and tailoring specific recovery plans
3. Integrating manual therapy alongside our clinical AI-assisted robotic systems
4. Tracking client progress and maintaining accurate health records

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in manual therapy, massage, or physical rehabilitation
2. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-site training is provided
3. Strong working knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal systems
4. Excellent client communication and consultative skills
5. Willingness to commit to ongoing professional development and structured training
