Material Planner - Perai

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible to Material/MRP loading and provide material clean to build of customer forecast to Production Planner.
-Drive and ensure material readiness vs. revenue commit targets/threshold are strictly adhered to Management of Customer Demand.
-Responsible to monitor & manage inventory level meet corporate target.
-Monitor material schedule and update customer focus team of potential challenges in meeting customer demand.
-Responsible to review material rescheduling based on latest MRP output and ensure procurement team execute per plan.
-Prepare first cut material shortage report upon customer request.
-Prepare monthly inventory report / E&O report.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, in any disciplinary or equivalent.
-Familiar with electronic materials, IC, capacitor, resistor, separator, crystal oscillator, inductor, transformer, etc.
-Excellent proactive problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
-Minimum 2 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position such as Materials Analyst / Inventory Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst / Production Planner/ Order fulfillment is preferred.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel application and good in mathematics calculation.
-Good communication skill, proactive attitude and positive thinking.
