M&E Drafter

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, preferably in M&E services.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and components.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics based on project specifications and design requirements.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and codes.

Assist in the creation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings.

Perform site visits as required to gather information or verify installations.
