M&E Engineer / Coordinator

Position: M&E Engineer / Coordinator

Location: Johor Bahru District

To produce co-ordination drawing between M&E, architectural and structural.

To liaise with Client/Consultant/Architect to resolve M&E technical issues.

To arrange inspection for the M&E works with Client/Consultant representative.

To issue RFI, Correspondence to relevant parties regarding any M&E issues.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.

Ensures the implementation of the ISO 9001requirements are effectively carried out



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in building construction industry

Experienced in handling high-rise building will be an added advantage

Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices

Able to interact with multi-levels of management personnel within the organization and third parties such as clients, consultants and sub-contractors

Responsible, discipline, hardworking and a team player
