Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / equivalent
2-5 years working experience in Construction
Producing editable M&E drawing
Ability to communicate effectively
Public Relationship
Ability to identify and recommend solution for problem related to M&E.
Multi-tasking
岗位职责
1. To assist on document review, drawing review, etc
2. To assist on site managing the documentation i.e
3. Assist QS to prepare RSVO, SVO, subcontractor claims.
4. Documentation including RFWI, RFI, Site Instruction, Letters and reports.
5. Prepare the drawing including unchartered M&E item, propose drawing to utility providers and consultants.
6. Communicate with M&E Site team to resolve any issues related.
7. Prepare Bill of Quantity for the VO works and new scope which not stated in the contract.
8. Do any work that instructed by Project Manager and managements.
9. Any other required work as per instruction
