Medical Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.

Set sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.

Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue projections.

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize sales processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in sales management

Experience with pharmacies, hospital & clinic would be advantage.
