Merchant Sales Executive

Requirements
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage merchant concerns effectively.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
-Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
-Knowledge of merchant acquiring business or payment industry will be an added advantage.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
-Working location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Education Requirements
-Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline or its equivalent.

Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing high-value merchants.
-Drive business development through merchant acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of the Company's products and services.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all Company products and services, demonstrate value add strategy and plan -to merchants to ensure maximizing sales profit for the Company.
-Identify merchants' needs and requirements and propose comprehensive Company product and service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
-Provide timely support and solutions to resolve merchant issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
-Collaborate with merchants during marketing campaigns and events to uncover new business opportunities.
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and proactively monitor merchant performance to encourage continued growth.
-Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
-Deliver training and support to merchants, partners, and internal teams on product features and solutions.
-Assist with ad-hoc assignments or projects as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
