MYSTEP - NETWORK (CIVIL ENGINEERING)

Position : MySTEP Network

Scope of Work :

To support and assist in collecting of data related to complaints, risk, and responsive work orders, ensuring all information is sufficiently recorded and tracked for further analysis.

To assist in the analysis of collected data, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement, particularly in relation to complaints, risks, and work order responses.

To assist in the preparation of reports on complaints and risk assessments, summarizing findings for review and further action.

To monitor performance indicators related to network operations, analyzing performance data to evaluate efficiency and identifying areas requiring attention or improvement.

To provide support in the daily operations of the Network Section, assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and effective operations.


Requirement

Fresh Graduate. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Willingness to learn and is independent and reliable.

Contract basis for 1 year.
