Officer, Manufacturing [Based in Meru Klang, Selangor]

Your Mission

To be responsible for the smooth running and control of the production department in achieving maximum quality and productivity for all the production lines.

Troubleshoot & maintenance the machine and equipment of production line.

Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meet customers’ requirements at all time.

Ensure all maintenance works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Order the necessary equipment/spare parts and maintain optimum inventory.

Coordinate and manage the workers to perform the jobs according to the down line schedule and preventive maintenance programs. To work closely with the maintenance department.

Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.



What we are looking for

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer Engineering or related from reputable universities.

Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.

Good command of English & Bahasa Malayu (spoken and written).

Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
