Online Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
-Upload product listings to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)
-Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery
-Chat with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
-Follow up on order statuses, tracking, and delivery updates
-Coordinate with warehouse and courier services
-Collect and report customer feedback to improve service
-Support online campaigns and sales promotions

Requirements
-Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
-Fast and accurate typing skills
-Familiar with e-commerce platforms is a bonus
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
-Able to work independently and with a team
-Basic English communication; other languages are a plus
