Online & Telesales Executive (Cantonese-Speaking)

Requirements

Minimum SPM
Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is a MUST (Basic English is an advantage)
Fresh graduates/ those with retail experience are encouraged to apply
Ability to read/write Traditional Chinese
Online sales and customer service experience is preferred
Familiar with social media
Telecommunications experience is an advantage
Able to work independently
Good attitude and team spirit
Responsibilities



Respond to customers and partners about: Company’s products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaints
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
