Operation Executive

Requirements

1. Product Development & R&D Oversight

- Lead new product planning, testing, and rollout

- Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders

2. Executive Support to Director

- Assist the Director in strategic planning and follow-through

- Handle confidential, ad hoc, or high-priority matters as needed

3. Event Leadership (e.g. JomBeli, Pet Fairs)- Supervise setup, logistics, POS system, part-timer management

- Approve product display, pricing, and branding consistency

- Oversee portal submissions and stock movement

- Evaluate event ROI and reporting

4. Retail Chain Management

- Handle proposals, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections

- Maintain buyer relationships and support retail activations

5. E-Commerce Platform Control

- Oversee all operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Wholesale, KA

- Monitor price control, stock flow, and monthly targets

- Adjust and control advertising budget and campaign performance across platforms

6. Social Media Direction & Strategy

- Guide content direction on FB, IG, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu

- Approve monthly content plans and influencer/KOL strategy

7. Team Management & Reporting

- Supervise internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations

- Prepare monthly performance and KPI reports for management

8. Budget Planning & Cost Efficiency

- Manage marketing, event, and operational budgets

- Track ROI and optimize spending for profitability

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize all operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory control, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity within the organization.
Manage and coordinate the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of materials, efficient storage, and accurate inventory management to meet production and sales demands.
Lead and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products, while adhering to quality standards and delivery schedules.
Implement and maintain robust quality assurance programs to ensure products meet or exceed established standards, conducting regular audits and addressing any deviations promptly.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, using insights to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide operational insights and support the development of new products, ensuring feasibility and efficient integration into existing processes.
Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and online marketing initiatives, to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize social media management skills to enhance brand presence, engage with customers, and support marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
Lead, mentor, and train operations team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment while promoting professional development and growth.
