Operation Manager

Requirements

Min Diploma in Human Resources / Management / Shipping/ Logistic (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of working experience, including management and leadership skills
Must have basic knowledge and background in shipping or logistics field
Familiar with Pro X System (Shipping Module)
Able to work closely with internal departments, GM and external partners and clients
Skills required: Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Process Optimization, Team Management and Problem Solving
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise site supervisors and local manpower at respective client’s sites.
Operation management planning and manpower allocation at respective client’s sites.
Monitor and rectify/remedy customer feedback on service quality and customer satisfaction on site.
Oversee training sessions and assess team performance.
To make on-site decision and problem solving and reports back to General Manager
Maintaining good relationships with corporate clients.
