Who are we looking for this role
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, customer service or a related field
. Well-spoken in English and Chinese
. Empathy and Problem-Solving skills

Responsibilities

You will play an important role, such as:
. Gather information about software and subscription entitlement usage by reaching out to customers.
. Obtain feedback on Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
. Track renewal status and encourage customer renewal.
. Respond and escalate customer inquiries and concerns to superior and ensure all inquiries are attended to.
· Manage CRM asset information to be up to date.
. Prepare and provide regular reports to respective teams (internal customers).
