Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

To perform daily operational functions such as subscription, redemption, switching and transfer for all the investment products offered by iFAST.
To perform unit allocation to clients.
To handle order submission to related parties.
To handle bond Free of Payment (FOP) instruction with custodian.
To handle corporate action for various products and markets.
Commissions payout and fees-related execution.
Assist the manager on general administration and support for the operations department.
Participate in various project and user acceptance testing (UAT) related to the system enhancement to improve operational workflow.


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / Banking & Finance / Business / Economics.
Preferably executives specializing in banking and financial services experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsive, professional and proactive communication.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
High level of attention to detail, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently, reliable and always take initiative.
