Job Description
Responsibilities:
Centre Maintenance Support
Handling centre maintenance work, to source for suppliers, quote of price comparison, submission for approval and follow-up till job done.
Centre preventive maintenance audit.
Pest control
Pest control sourcing & price comparison
Communicate with appointed service provider, to ensure pest control service is conducted as per schedule
Provide pest control report to mall management
Fire Extinguisher
Purchase fire extinguisher for new centre
Conduct centre fire extinguisher audit (quarterly)
To monitor and ensure service is conducted for all assisting centres as per schedule before it expired
Provide services report
Liaise or coordinate with appointed service provider (Pacific Deluxe) on all related issue
Water Purifier
Purchase new water purifier for new centre
To monitor and ensure service is conducted for all assisting centres as per schedule before it expired
Provide services report
Liaise or coordinate with appointed service provider on all related issues
Centre Key/Alarm/ CCTV Management
Master record of keys and alarm at centre level (type of key/number of set/holder of key)
Padlock password control and setting
Yearly audit on centre CCTV and maintenance
Project Management:
Working closely with Project Team and Sales Team, from planning to WIP execution for all projects, i.e. new centre opening, relocation, renovation, centre up lifting and outlet moving.
Communication with Mall Management:
Coordinate with Mall Operation department to resolve and follow-up all centre operational issues (via email/letter/phone communication).
Write in to Mall Management for business closure or early closure approval during festive season/company events/annual dinner/family day).
Central Operational & Admin Support :
For landline & mobile line: Work closely & liaising with EIG Admin and MIS team for all new application/termination / transfer/connection issues.
For Unifi Services
opening new account for new centre
for assisting centres, coordinate and report to service provider excelcomm or MIS team if centre encountered any issue related to services
Centre credit card terminal issue, courier service and others operational relates matter.
Prepare and compile all related document for insurance claim to finance.
All issues relates to centre music and monitor song list.
All issues relates to music and business license renewal or new application.
Manage and in charge on operation petty cash
Parking claims processing
Cleaner salary processing
Monthly petty cash reimbursement processing
Courier service (new application, follow-up of service & delivery)
To monitor and manage SMS clik text account (top up and control)
Assist and support softcube system related issue included i.e. treatment conversion, payment adjustment, and all promotion, item code and add hot promo code setting.
Requirements:
At least Diploma holder with minimum of 3 years working experience in related discipline
Able to work independently and work with the team
Able to converse in English & Chinese
Possess own transport & willing to travel and work night shifts as required for project assignments
3 – 5 years’ experience in retail operations or relevant industry preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
