Requirements
• Minimum PMR/SPM or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing/production is an advantage
• Able to operate machinery and use basic tools
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Good teamwork and discipline

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor machines or equipment according to standard procedures
• Ensure production targets are met within the required timeline
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
