Optical Sales Consultant Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Optical Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in choosing suitable eyewear and provide professional and friendly service. Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Recommend suitable eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and optical products based on customers' needs. 3. Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available options to customers. 4. Assist customers with frame selection and basic fitting. 5. Handle sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets. 6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. 7. Follow up with customers regarding orders and eyewear collection. 8. Provide excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers. 9. Perform other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in optical retail or sales is an advantage but not compulsory. 2. Good communication and customer service skills. 3. Friendly, positive, and presentable personality. 4. Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets. 5. Able to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Willing to learn about optical products and eyewear. 7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
