Order Management & Delivery Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing order accuracy and timely execution of customer orders
• Coordinating delivery schedules and resolving order-related issues
• Handling customer enquiries and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
• Working closely with supply chain, warehouse, and regional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Supporting operational efficiency through accurate documentation and process coordination

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or sales operations within a B2B environment. Candidates with experience managing distributor accounts and handling ERP systems are highly preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, work proactively, and thrive in a growing organization. A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field would be advantageous.
