Outdoor Sales Executive - Johor Bahru

Requirements

Who We're Looking For
-Willing to travel within Malaysia and stay on-site when needed.
-Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
-At least 2 years of sales experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG industries.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Energetic, independent, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage).
-Familiar with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, or basic sales tools.
-A passion for fishing or outdoor activities is a plus!

Responsibilities

Your Role: Outdoor Sales Executive

What You'll Do
-Sales & Relationship Management - Visit dealers and distributors regularly to collect orders, promote products, and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Market Development - Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring proper product display, merchandising standards, and sales performance.
-Campaign & Promotion Support - Execute trade promotions, seasonal campaigns, and dealer programs in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
-Order & Payment Coordination - Follow up on deliveries and payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Market Feedback & Insights - Share on-the-ground insights about customer preferences, competitor activities, and product performance.
