Requirements

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Candidates must possess at least SPM
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and take initiative
Basic customer service or F&B experience
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities

Job Title: Barista

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Operate and maintain coffee equipment
Greet and serve customers politely
Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards


Job Title: Service Crew

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
Take and process orders accurately
Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service area
Refill condiments, napkins, and other supplies
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Support team members and assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
